The cover and basecap are injection moulded components and the A-shell is anodised aluminium. The cover is decorated with a jewel which comes in many colour choices - this can also be decorated with top-plates in gel, paper, metal or textile.

The orientation feature in cap enables registration of multiple passes of hotfoil or screen printed artwork.
