Being ISCC PLUS certified enables HCP to produce packaging with high levels of certified recycled content, using the Eastman Renew portfolio of chemically recycled materials, containing a minimum content of recycled material.
Eastman’s Cristal Renew provides a robust solution that diverts waste from landfills and uses ISCC-certified recycled content in place of fossil feedstocks. The recycled content is achieved by allocating the recycled waste plastic to Cristal Renew using a mass balance process certified by ISCC.
This allows HCP to offer sustainability and the same level of performance and aesthetics as per injection molded virgin materials in PET; PETG and PCTA, ensuring crystal clear parts for colour cosmetics and skincare stock and custom packaging.
